Delay of payments totaling $4,537
To AG - On July 1, I played at the Cool Cat Casino and used a deposit bonus coupon. I won and withdrew $3600 in increments of $2500 and $1100, These two withdrawals were both approved for wire transfer on July 11 in the amounts of $2005 and $1100 (after bonus removal and fees). Then on July 7, I used another deposit bonus coupon and won $2005 and withdrawal was made on same date. On July 24, bonus funds and fees were removed, and that withdrawal by wire transfer was approved in the amount of $1432. So, I contacted CC via the chat option twice regarding the first two withdrawals, and twice I was asked to resubmit wire transfer information in order to 'escalate' the payment. As of today's date (Aug 1), nothing has been sent to the processor. I submitted all of my bank wire information and all of the required documents on July 9 and it was acknowledged. I am experiencing the same delay tactics of being told to re-submit documentation. This is so frustrating. Please assist me with this complaint. Thank you.
