Delay of 1000 from June
The terms and conditions say 7 business days all withdrawal requests would be processed. My request was on June 9th and it’s now July 21st and still not processed. I’ve talked to many different customer support specialists and each one has escalated the request and yet still nothing. I have done all the account verifications (address and ID) needed and the verification of my Bitcoin address to receive the funds. But it’s still in the stage of processing because of the high volume of requests is what I’m told. And if that’s the case then they need to edit their own terms and conditions to not say ‘All withdrawal requests would be processed within 7 business days.
