Delay in withdrawal longer than a month

Made a withdrawal request the 28th of December from this site. Made sure I was verified before I played incase I won there would be no issues. Deposit was in Bitcoin. I did used a clearoutrules bonus which adds a percent on top of my deposit that I had to playthrough the combined total to withdraw anything which I did. They emailed me to double check my Bitcoin address about a week or two after the withdrawal request. Customer service "escalated" my request about six times now for nothing to be done. I have screenshots of all supporting information. I have requests for withdrawals on their sister casinos that are still pending just as long as well.

I understand your terms and conditions but it says unless specified otherwise and the "clearoutrules" promotion I use literally came with no rules in it as it was described in the description of it... Also my account actively says a manager approved that money to be sent out as shown in provided screenshot.

12. Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g., if the Player receives a bonus of $100 and later requests a $390 withdrawal, the $100 bonus will be removed, and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied and returned to the Player's account.

Coolcat just got back to me today and sent me a portion of my winnings. They claim that the bonus money they give me is essentially not mine meaning I have to wager and beat the high playthrough amounts (which is the amount I deposit plus the bonus they give me) and then if I do end up winning anything they deduct that bonus amount when it comes time to withdraw. That makes no sense as they deduct twice; once when they raise the amount I have to play through to withdraw and again when I request a withdraw. If I played through all the bonus money they gave me including my deposit the rest of that left over money should be my winnings. This makes no sense at all and wasn't explained in the coupon as much. They reference their terms and conditions but that doesn't even make sense.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
