My bitcoin withdraw was approved on September 3rd. I submitted all the required documents for the withdraw. On live chat they said they received my documents. I reached out by e-mail many times to see if something is missing and there is no response. I tried to use the live chat, but this no longer is working. Thanks for your time in this matter.

Thank you for your fast reply to my complaint. I checked my bitcoin wallet and my money has been deposited. Thanks again for all that you do for gamblers everywhere to sort out and give the money that is deserved.
