Customer service is giving me a different answer every time
Hi, I requested a withdrawal of $2500 on 08/08. I have been in contact with the casino multiple times to make certain they have all documents and need nothing further from me. I have been given a different answer every time. On 08/17 I was told that my request was approved. On 08/19 I was told that it was not approved. Customer service, the chat version is what I’ve used, has been very professional and polite. My complaint is that I continue to get different answers. This is worrisome to me. It is a different answer each time I contact someone. I would just like to know if the withdrawal request has been approved, if any further docs are needed, and when I can expect the payout to be in my account.
