Have requested 5 withdrawals at 2500 each and jumped through endless hoops of sending personal documents such as homeowners policies, bank info screenshots of DL and bank cards so much personal data your identity could be stolen. I was told my truist bank account would not work for international checks or wire transfers so the vip host told me I needed to open a Bank of America account so I did. I sent copies of everything I had on the new account now they are refusing to pay because I don't have a bank statement on a brand new account they told me to open. I sent screenshots of the website saying there are no bank statements available yet so my request for my money is denied again. Now they tell me I can request a check once again but it will take a month or more for that to be approved. They have no problems receiving thousands of my dollars but refuse to pay their debts hoping you will give up and lose the money back to them. Players beware!!

Hi Peder--

I apologize, as I had responded to this, but apparently the reply did not connect.

I've reviewed your account and I see that the routing number you provided is not the routing number necessary for wires being paid in US dollars. Please contact your bank and ask for the correct routing number. Also, we will need to receive a copy of your current bank statement.

I've attached my email address for you to use--please send the correct routing number and copy of your bank statement directly to me.
