I was approved for my 2500 withdrawal on November 22nd and was told 10 business days. It is now almost New Years and I still have not received my money. Last time I called I was told I needed to be patient. This is my second time withdrawing from cool cat and was supposed to be simple and easy. I was given Dec 21st as the latest date I would be getting paid and it’s now December 26th and still nothing has been sent to my approved bitcoin wallet.

I've checked on your account and I do see that your payment was issued to your wallet, Sunday: 12/28 Paid $2460 (BTC 0.05779573) + $40 Service Fee for transaction #244905613 ($2,500.00).
