I played a coupon in November and completed, and after had to deposit btc to do withdrawal I deposited 10usd and 15usd and after nothing happened.

I submitted all requested documents and still I spoke to casino consultants and every time was told the escalate the payout request.

Today when I tried to log in my account was blocked. No reason no email. And consultant is transferring me to someone that just doesn't answer.

I really need this resolved with a pay out or a refund of my btc that is deposited.

I played the no deposit coupon max withdrawal was 100usd after i made 2 deposit 1 for 10usd and 1 of 15usd

See attched proof of payment
There is 3 one was for wild vegas who also just blocked me after deposit.

Please note I followed consultants to the letter if there was any problems they could have just told me before I made the deposits
