Again and again delayed payments
Sadly this is becoming a habit, having to file a complaint against Cool Cat casino.
On 2/10 I sent an email to vip support that it was 11 business days and my 2 withdrawal requests (300.00 and 200.00) had not been approved.
On 2/12 I heard from Mark and he informed me that he would escalate them.
On 2/14 Mark said that he had done the escalate.
On 2/16 both requests were approved.
On 2/18 Mark emailed that within 7 business days I should receive them.
On 3/4 Sent Mark an email that it was the 12th business day since the 2 withdrawals were approved and I still have not received them. Also that I sent him an email on Monday 3/1 reference # 8839266 with no response.
Reminded him that In his last email he stated "within 7 business days". And that I now have another withdrawal for 800.00 made on 2/22, which is already the 8th business day and it has not been approved.
On 3/5 Heard from Mark that he checked and saw withdrawal was still pending would escalate. Due to the weekend coming I should hear further from him on 3/9
Today is 3/10 – withdrawal is still pending, no wire transfers and have not heard back from Mark.
So once again, I am asking AskGamblers for assistance in getting this complaint resolved.
