I have been trying to withdraw 2000 dollars from them for weeks now. It keeps putting it back into my account. I want it withdrawn overnight check. This is getting me worried that they will not pay. They already took my no playthrough bonuses away because I was actually winning. Why is my withdraw not getting processed?

I am getting screwed on this withdraw. I won this money the same way I won my other money that I have received payment for. I cant even get Cindy to respond to my complaint or give me a reason why they keep returning this withdraw to my account. Watch out people if you win too much they will take your money with no explanation whatso ever. It would be nice to get a reply from someone.

This is how VIP members get treated people. I get no reply from the VIP Manager or any response from this site. I spend hundreds of dollars on these casinos every month and am thinking of going to a reliable casino that doesnt take away bonuses or deny withdraws.

Ok so the other withdraws I made doing the same thing was allowed but this wasnt allowed because I actually won money. If this is not allowed then the deposits I made should be returned to me since there was no chance of me winning any money.

I have been informed by Coolcat Casino that you were contacted by their VIP Department and that they will make a one exception and will let you cash-out even though you did not follow the rules.

You were advised not to combine multiple deposits-bonuses since this is against casino rules. Next time winnings will be voided.

Player was mixing deposits and bonuses while playing which is against Casino Rules however Upper Management made a one time exception and approved his $1500 cash- out.

Money has been processed on Friday to go back to his Credit Card. He should be receiving it shortly.

I still have not received the 1500 dollar withdraw they promised. I get no response from their customer support or accounting depts. I was told that the manager approved my withdraw for a total of 1500 dollars
