Continued payment delays
I made two withdrawal requests on April 24... one for $1000 And one for $500. I followed up on April 25th by contacting customer service and updating my documents as it had been a year since I had updated. My docs were received on April 25th and I received a confirmation email with a reference # 1277195. On the 30th my withdrawals were cancelled with no explanation so I made a new withdrawal request of $1500. Then again on May 3, my withdrawal was cancelled again with no explanation so I made yet another request for $1500. I want my money wire transferred into my account based on the date I first requested. These delays are slots of Vegas fault and my withdrawal should be escalated because of their deliberate delay
