Completely Unacceptable Payment Delay


I recently made an account with Slots.LV about 3-4 weeks ago.

I took advantage of the deposit bonus 500$ 200% I believe, to get 1500$ to play with.

I played a variety of table games and slots and ultimately cleared the bonus and had over $40,000$ with them. The cashout was small only 9500 and 2500$ being processed incrementally.

It has been 2-3 weeks now with no contact, numerous calls to customer service who said they had no idea why the delay was occurring to keep checking in with them in 24-48 hours.

Now after 14 or more days and receiving the first cashout they have frozen my account and given me 0 answers. They are also delaying my igntionpoker cashout for an unusual amount of time.

I play at the casino and this is a HUGE PROBLEM. Literally every person I know who has had a pending cashout is now panicked and I'm sure you will see other complaints start to pile up, even if it is a small % of people who take the time to file, I got the feeling this was some for of larger abuse/malpractice by the network.

I urge patrons of these networks to be very careful and follow the resolution of this and other cases closely.

I have attached the sick joke, I have some other evidence also. They posted my account as one of the "recent winners" which is ridiculous and shows how horrid their operation is. This happened to someone else as well I know.

Your assurances are about as good as a bank robber telling the cops to stop chasing him since he took the money at gunpoint as a loan and not a robbery.

Congratulations you guys are a unregulated and unaccountable entity that answers to no one.

I just want to say you do not have my patience and understanding in any capacity with how you are handling this.

I'm at 1% capacity and already I am willing to bet you have soiled your reputation beyond repair with anyone who looks into the details of how you guys have operated.

As of next week however don't worry, since you have escalated my payout to an investigation (ransom) I feel that it's my duty as a citizen who doesn't tolerate thieves and criminal organizations to inform all parties of what has transpired.

I'm sure Calvin is really going to appreciate the youtube video with all the evidence and very well thought out document to all sorts of decision makers in the US. It's going to be great and so ironic when legalized gaming returns to the states and/or even BoDog in Europe applies for licenses.

You never mess with a man's money, ego, or woman or you pay the ultimate price. In this case I am going to enjoy going podcast to podcast and burning thousands of dollars just to see the people in charge of this joke of a company go down in flames.

I'm sure Calvin has plenty of money that it doesn't matter, but you other people who actually make this happen the gears of the criminal empire, good luck to you when you turn in your resume a year or two down the road, and when they see that you were employed and sat idly by as stuff like this went on...

Why don't you do me one thing if you are so proud of this upstanding organization...

Account disabled after withdrawal and verification delays despite multiple submissions
My account with Slots.lv has been disabled since February 14, immediately after my $950.78 withdrawal was declined without any explanation. Since that moment, I have complied with every request, submitted every document multiple times, and followed every instruction given to me. Despite this, Slots.lv has provided no meaningful update, no timeline, and no justification for the ongoing delay.

Verification Submissions (Documented and Confirmed):
• February 14: First full submission (ID front/back, ID selfie, proof of address)
• February 14: Two follow‑ups asking if documents were received
• February 24: Second submission / follow‑up with attachments
• February 27: Third submission implied (casino confirms documents under review)
• March 5: Fourth submission (explicit resubmission of all documents)
• March 6: Fifth submission (attachments included again)

Every submission was clear, full‑page, and fully legible. There is no reasonable basis for claiming otherwise.

Despite this, I continued receiving repetitive, generic responses stating that my account was “under review,” with no explanation for why the review was taking weeks instead of the 24–48 hours repeatedly promised by Slots.lv.

On March 6, Slots.lv Financial Services confirmed that my documents were received and forwarded to their Security Team. No reason was provided for this escalation, no details were offered, and no timeline was given. My account has now been disabled for weeks with no transparency and no progress.

For context, I am a verified player on multiple major platforms, including VIP‑level accounts elsewhere, such as BVX (invite‑only). I have never experienced verification delays anywhere close to this length on any other site. The issue here is not my documentation — it is the casino’s lack of communication and failure to follow its own stated timeframes.

Slots.lv declined my withdrawal, disabled my account immediately afterward, and has since provided nothing but vague, repetitive messages. This is not standard practice, and it is not acceptable.

Requested Resolution:
• Completion of the verification/security review
• Restoration of my account access
• Reprocessing of my $950.78 withdrawal
• Release of any eligible funds

I have cooperated fully and repeatedly. At this point, I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance because Slots.lv has failed to provide any reasonable explanation or resolution despite multiple submissions and multiple follow‑ups over several weeks.
