Closed my account and trying to steal part of my winnings

On July 20th Coupon code LCB20 was used for $20 chip and achieved the wagering requirements. Was requested to deposit $25 to "verify" my account which I did 4 days later even though they were never really able to explain why I needed to make a deposit and wager the amount 5 times in order to release my winnings. It is now August 7th and have not received my payment. Have spent hours with the support team via online chat and email and have been given excuses and runaround.

Update on July 31, kyc and payout was approved but say they are waiting for an appropriate slot to make the withdrawal. Have been getting the same response from the finance team since July 31 as follows. I am concerned that the payout will not be made. I understand that some casinos take a couple days to payout from the approval date but we are now 1 week later hence my concern. Please see below. There is a lot more history to the back and forths on order to get me to deposit more funds etc but I am most concerned about the payout. FYI it is a crypto withdrawal.

I placed a crypto payout request on Feb 10th with vegascasinoonline.eu.

It's been pending the entire time.

I emailed and did a live chat and they stated it's approved and awaiting 3rd party payment processor.

They've said this for the last two weeks with no change.

It's now been 20 days. They claim 7 to 10 for payouts and quicker for crypto

I won $23,000.00 last February 2023 and they paid me really well the first month and then it scaled back the next month and the next month, until they didn't send anything for months then in November they sent $1000.00.

I have several screenshots of my winnings withdrawals and conversations.

They have paid $12,000.00 but I am still owed $11,000.00. they say that the payment is processed and waiting on a third party to pay.

I have been patiently waiting for more than 9 months now for my withdrawal to be released. Every time I email/chat with them they just tell me the same thing that they will notify me when the next batch will be released. So far they have only released my initial deposit back to me and an additional $1500.

I have also read their terms and conditions for the payout time length and I am way outside of it.
