Slots.Lv Casino - Gave no other withdrawal option but Check by Courier which they charged $75!

In their help section under withdrawals and FAQ's lists the usual four withdrawal methods. However when I attempted to withdraw I was given only one. When I queried them on this, here is the email I received:

Check by Courier is the only available withdrawal option in your account and there'll be a $75 fee via per withdrawal request. You must have a balance of $125 in your account to request for a withdrawal.

I pointed out to them that this is not the information they have on their website but they basically just told me that was too bad. There must be thousands who have just abandoned their funds and now is slowly absorbing this money over a period of time. Quite a racket!

Did you manage to resolve your withdrawal issue with a casino, can we close this complaint? Please be advised that in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider this case as resolved and closed.

What happened is that as soon as I mentioned Ask Gamblers everything seemed to turn around and today I received my funds at no extra charge. Everything I said in my complaint was valid and this establishes that. I still advise you to withdraw your recommendation for that casino.
