After a while I wanted to withdraw my winnings ~ $2600. The action was blocked and ticket was raised to fix this. After 15 days my account is blocked with the following email I got:

Indeed, we have detected suspicious activity on your account regarding your play pattern.
As a result, your account is now permanently blocked.
Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to use our platform.

The customer support looked booted giving all the same answers all the time.
