I did not do a fraudulent activity
The security department assured me that I would withdraw my money (around 1700€) before the account would be closed.
I did on withdraw 1300€ on January 25th, which is still pending
Since then I cannot access my account, which has been blocked.
I have written many emails to the security department they did not answer
