Almost a month ago I tried to withdraw my earnings in this casino and when I did, a message said that this operation was blocked to me. I went to the chat and it was said that my problem would be investigated and I would receive any updates by email. A week later no response.
I went to the chat again, same response.
This is repeating after a month and I don't feel like there is any real willingness to get me a solution. My patience is long gone and the feeling that I have is that I will never see this money.
