Withdraws are canceled by casino

01/14/21 I tried to withdraw funds from this casino. The payment has been canceled. In the chat, they said that there are temporary problems with payments on webmoney. As a result, these temporary problems have been going on for 2 weeks. I try to order payments in all available ways - webmoney, neteller, cards, etc. All my requests for payment are canceled. The casino does not comment on when payments will be restored, does not offer an individual payment schedule, does not offer withdrawals to alternative payment systems. I have a maximum VIP account in this casino, full account verification and all payment methods. The amount of the claim is 241,801 rubles.

09.05.2019 my account was vertified and i made 2900 usd withdrawal to neteller. It took 2 weeks from Casino Pobeda to answer that they could not process it. DIdint tell any reason. Money was returned to my casino account. I was instructed to use another deposit method with minium deposit and then withdraw by method. Obviously i tried first deposit with 3 different visa cards from 3 different banks. Deposits did not go through. Called to the banks and there was no issue with these transactions. So i made webmoney account and succesfully made deposit to Casino Pobeda. After that i made again that 2900 usd withdrawal to webmoney. Now again after two weeks i havent got my withdrawal. Almost daily i contact to livechat because casino pobedas finacial department keeps ignoring my emails. Only email i got from finacial department was when my account was vertified. From live chat i havent got any real answers except last weekend i was promised to get my withdrawal this week. Still nothing. Why isint this casino yet blacklisted ? Still hoping i get my withdrawal as promised. Please someone help me ?

I'm a regular high-roller player in Casino Pobeda. I have been playing in this casino since March, 14th 2018. My account is totally verified and I did not have any problems with withdrawals until the beginning of this April. It lasts almost 40 days that I receive nothing - my withdrawals have been cancelled by the Casino since April, 9th. I attached the screenshots.

I contacted the manager on April, 10th, when the problem happened. He replied that the casino had some problems with their bank due to a huge amount of transactions and promised to solve my problem as quickly as possible. I attached the screenshots of the e-mails with translations.

I wrote to them again and finally I got a reply from Finance Department that in accordance to the rules: “6.5 Payments in excess of 500,000 rubles or the equivalent of another currency according to the exchange rate, Pobeda may withdraw in equal installments within 60 days.” But my complaint is that the Casino does not withdraw my funds neither in equal installments nor in any other way since April, 9th (almost 40 days) and only cancels all my withdrawals. Also the manager of the casino is not replying to my questions: how am I supposed to receive the money if they cancels all the withdrawals all the time I make them.

My winnings/current balance is about 144.500,00 in USD.

I successfully passed the verification of 1.05 and received part of the payments to the card and part of the payments to the webmoney. After that, I was informed that technical work was being done and my payments to the card would be processed later.
