Withdraws are canceled by casino

I have requested 5000 RUB withdrawal to my bank card on 08/07 /2021. The first withdrawal was cancelled and when I asked why, they said the problem is with my banking, it rejects the payment they said. I was advised to try to withdraw again later and I tried many times, and I also tried to withdraw to other payment systems like Qiwi Wallet, Webmoney, but all the requests were rejected by casino. Last try was 11/07/2021, I requested 25000 RUB to withdraw, but casino still rejects the withdraw.

Giving the runaround with VIP player withdrawal

01/14/21 I tried to withdraw funds from this casino. The payment has been canceled. In the chat, they said that there are temporary problems with payments on webmoney. As a result, these temporary problems have been going on for 2 weeks. I try to order payments in all available ways - webmoney, neteller, cards, etc. All my requests for payment are canceled. Delayed $2,900 payment by a month, no answers

09.05.2019 my account was vertified and i made 2900 usd withdrawal to neteller. It took 2 weeks from Casino Pobeda to answer that they could not process it. DIdint tell any reason. Money was returned to my casino account. I was instructed to use another deposit method with minium deposit and then withdraw by method. Obviously i tried first deposit with 3 different visa cards from 3 different banks. Deposits did not go through. Called to the banks and there was no issue with these transactions. So i made webmoney account and succesfully made deposit to Casino Pobeda. After that i made again that 2900 usd withdrawal to webmoney. Now again after two weeks i havent got my withdrawal. Almost daily i contact to livechat because casino pobedas finacial department keeps ignoring my emails. Only email i got from finacial department was when my account was vertified. From live chat i havent got any real answers except last weekend i was promised to get my withdrawal this week. Still nothing. Why isint this casino yet blacklisted ? Still hoping i get my withdrawal as promised. Please someone help me ?

I'm a regular high-roller player in Casino Pobeda. I have been playing in this casino since March, 14th 2018. My account is totally verified and I did not have any problems with withdrawals until the beginning of this April. It lasts almost 40 days that I receive nothing - my withdrawals have been cancelled by the Casino since April, 9th. I attached the screenshots.

I contacted the manager on April, 10th, when the problem happened. He replied that the casino had some problems with their bank due to a huge amount of transactions and promised to solve my problem as quickly as possible. I attached the screenshots of the e-mails with translations.

I waited for a month and received the same promises and excuses. I wrote to them again and finally I got a reply from Finance Department that in accordance to the rules: “6.5 Payments in excess of 500,000 rubles or the equivalent of another currency according to the exchange rate, Pobeda may withdraw in equal installments within 60 days.” But my complaint is that the Casino does not withdraw my funds neither in equal installments nor in any other way since April, 9th (almost 40 days) and only cancels all my withdrawals. Also the manager of the casino is not replying to my questions: how am I supposed to receive the money if they cancels all the withdrawals all the time I make them.

My winnings/current balance is about 144.500,00 in USD.

I got this email from financial department '' Your payments have been confirmed. applications sent for processing by the payment system. As soon as transactions are processed, funds will be credited to you immediately. At the moment, transactions are awaiting processing by the payment system''. I have contacted to live chat many times and never got any real answers. Always technical problem and specialist are working on it. Tried contact to financial department but they keep ignoring my emails. I'm very worried about my money and I want my withdrawal asap.
