Delayed $2,900 payment by a month, no answers

I have requested 5000 RUB withdrawal to my bank card on 08/07 /2021. The first withdrawal was cancelled and when I asked why, they said the problem is with my banking, it rejects the payment they said. I was advised to try to withdraw again later and I tried many times, and I also tried to withdraw to other payment systems like Qiwi Wallet, Webmoney, but all the requests were rejected by casino. Last try was 11/07/2021, I requested 25000 RUB to withdraw, but casino still rejects the withdraw.

01/14/21 I tried to withdraw funds from this casino. The payment has been canceled. In the chat, they said that there are temporary problems with payments on webmoney. As a result, these temporary problems have been going on for 2 weeks. I try to order payments in all available ways - webmoney, neteller, cards, etc. All my requests for payment are canceled. The casino does not comment on when payments will be restored, does not offer an individual payment schedule, does not offer withdrawals to alternative payment systems. Also the manager of the casino is not replying to my questions: how am I supposed to receive the money if they cancels all the withdrawals all the time I make them.

My winnings/current balance is about 144.500,00 in USD.
