I requested a withdrawal for £6000 on 21/06/2021 which has still not been paid. I sent in the requested verification documents and they were approved. After contacting support again I was told my withdrawal had been approved by the payments team, but is pending management approval to ensure that they remained compliant due to it's size.
I've had no further updates and when I contact support regarding the withdrawal I am simply told that it is pending management approval and that I will hear from them shortly.
