Withdrawal issues
i withdrew 250 at this site. it said declined on truslty so i went straight to chat, i was told no issues its pending, will be emailed about it. no email, stioll nothing pending, another 3 times i went to chat to chase it up and tell them it wasnt pending, a week later i was told it was 'stuck' the relevant department would email me, they never did. the next day (today) i check again, ,my withdrawal was returned with no explanation. no one emailed me once during this process. after an agent initally tried to give me the same generic pending will update you repsonse, he finally decided to invesitgate and see the payment was stuck. i spent 2 hours with him on hold to the 'relevant department' who then asked if i could take this money out through paypal. i tried but there was no deposit method for paypal. then he disconnected. i spent another hour and a half trying to explain to agents sending me generic responses without even reading my chats with the disconnected agents what was going on, eventually after a further hour and half on live chat i was told my payment would be processed now and was given a transaction number, as of now it is still pending and the same agents tell me they cant go back to the payment team check tomorrow.
this is just staggering from a casino provider i use often with no issues, these problems aree just ntot accpetable. they have not offered me a time frame on this after telling me it would be done now. not an apology nothing, the worst part is that i had to cancewl the 250 withdrawl, i withdrew 100 so the payment team could try and see if they could process this one, and once they agreeed to porcess it would not process my pther amount of 150 which was included. in fact as of now that 150 was lost on there site wile i was on hold waiting for agents to respond. (i wholy understand i made this decision and this is my responsibilty) however i should never have been in that siotuation in the first place
