Waiting for weeks for my withdrawal without any information
On the 2nd of May I made a withdrawal of around €100,12 (I don't remember the cents exactly, and I can't check since my account is self-excluded) which was processed, according to support, on the 3rd of May.
After that I contacted them by mail multiple times without a response. Then I started a chat and that resulted in a reply from support on the 19th of May:
"Thank you for contacting Casino Planet Support with your request and we are very sorry for the delay. Our relevant department informed us that the withdrawal has been reversed to your casino account. Due to the self-exclusion, I will contact them again to requests a refund.
Thank you once again for contacting us and if you need anything else, do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to assist you."
Since then I did not received my money nor did I hear anything from support again. That's why I started a live chat again on the 25th of May (see attachment). Waiting a couple of more days I started a live chat on the 30th of may (see attachment) again.
The support cannot tell me when I will receive my money, what my position is in their support queue, when I will get an email, etc. All they tell me is to have patience and wait for an email to arrive.
