Very Nervous Unnecessarily Withholding Funds
Playing Casino Planet and won an accumulative £23'750.00🎉, I actioned a withdrawal totalling this amount, back to my original payment method. then reading up on their terms it states 72 hours processing time which is ok. And I fully appreciate it is a large amount and a bit more time will be needed to process but any more that 2 days without any notifications is not fair.
As expected I received an email asking for documents so that my account could be verified, I submitted all requested documents and very quickly I received an email to confirm my account has been verified (Great) all looking good and confident....
I have had very minimal Information since (Pending Approval by Management) or (Management Unavailable) despite contacting through chat and a few limited information emails. I am asking a simple and fair question "How long before my funds are sent"
They confirmed yesterday on chat that all necessary security and diligence checks had been carried out, also that my gameplay had been checked also, with no issues reported!!
I have requested 2 call backs from management to date and not received even a drop call...
So what's the hold up? you are making me very suspicious.
It's unfair and unprofessional. you would think with such a decent win you would be responsive so that a decent review is left.
I would Like my winnings please.
