Hello, I withdrew on Friday for 5,500. They asked me to verify account which was verified on Sunday. It states 72 hours for the withdrawal to be processed. As it now Monday it well over the 72 hour mark. I’ve been on live chat and all I get is agents disconnecting from me ending the chat, my account is verified they say because it’s a high amount it’s taking longer which I don’t understand then I get told it’s security checks then I get told they have a high workload? Which one is it please can I just have my refund processed as no one is telling me what is going on! Even if they said it will take another 72 hours from the date it’s verified. I’d like my money?!
