Made a withdrawal on Friday 23rd of £150 all verification are completed so no problem there and yet withdrawal still shows as pending seems to be a problem with all genesis global as any withdrawal made from kassu / casino planet / casoola / sloty all have the same problem. No live chat on bot unable to contact over the phone and no reply from email until I contact AskGamblers for assistance, so again, please help resolve this matter.
