I deposited using Trustly 80€ 22.6.2020 to Casino Planet. I did not have to register because this is Pay´n Play casino. Right after depositing I got notification that my account is closed because I had set self-exclusion to the sister casino. I send email and ask what happened to my deposit. I was answered that their system failed to block my deposit and of course my deposit would be refunded back to me. They were sorry that this was able to happen to me. It has passed now 10 banking days and no refund. I have send several emails. First I was apologized and explained these refund must be operate manually. Few days later I was told that they are busy and only one person is handling these issues. This does not sound very trusted way to act. I should be refunded as soon as possible. This casino does not play fairly!
