Over two weeks ago I won £280, I proceeded to withdraw my money which casino planet said they had processed on the 23rd of October. I still have not received any funds. I have emailed them several times and I just keep being told my withdrawal has been escalated and will be sorted soon. I have never had issues like this before and I don’t think I will receive my money.
