I made a withdrawal of £605.00,on the 30/07/2021. The withdrawal was pending and then released on the 02/08/2021. I made contact via online chat and representative confirmed payment authorized and should be in my bank account within 5 business days. It’s now the 11.08.2021 and nothing. I’ve sent an online form as I’ve been excluded so no comms or anything. Just want someone to fairly review this and get my payment excluding withdrawal fees into my bank account.
According to the T&C’s this should be in my bank account by now.

After looking into your account, I can confirm that your original withdrawal request was 605 GBP from which 15.06 GBP was the fee charged, and therefore the final payout amount that we did was 589.94 GBP.
Kindly double-check with your bank to see if there were any bank charges that you may have had.
