Failure to Verify and Pay out within Stated Timescales
I opened my account in July 2021, I made several withdrawal requests of which 2 (Both under £100) were paid out but 4 more totalling £1,384 are outstanding and have been now for over 2 weeks. I did not and never do use 'Bonus Funds'.
I sent a Docs Verification email on 26/07/21 and sent in the proof on the 27th, a full week later they advised one doc was not approved so I sent another inside of an hour and all my docs on thier upload screen have been ticked as accepted.
Another full week has gone by and they have not responded to any emails I have sent regarding why my account has not yet been verified and why my withdrawals have not been processed.
A friend advised I post here before approaching the regulator in both Malta and UK to file a grievance or from contacting the National Crime Agency to report a Cyber fraud case.
I would like Casino Planet to please either verify my account and pay out my withdrawals or to actually be bothered to reply to emails and advise me what the holdup is.

Please note that this process can take from 48-72 hours from the moment we receive all your required documentation.
We don’t require anything further from you at this time, however, should this change we will let you know immediately.'
They have done no such thing, they appear to work only on a Monday as far as I can see and have never replied to a single email I have sent them, their telephone number is out of service and online chat has been down for 2 weeks, utterly uncontactable in any way.
