I have been waiting 3 weeks for my withdrawal from this company. My account is fully verified and all documents they requested were accepted. After making withdrawal for £2500 I have been on numerous times to customer service also escalated to complaints department and being told repetitive information with no explanation as to what they are reviewing and how long it will be. They keep saying it's with relevant department but getting nowhere. I'm so frustrated now. Just no need to keep customers waiting this long without any communication at all unless I email them or live chat etc. I want my money I won fairly and seems it's nowhere in site anytime soon. How can they take this long to review? What is it their reviewing that takes this long especially when I have sent all my documentation that has verified me my bank my address all sorts. Please help as noone at casino planet seems to know what's happening either with their relevant department who u can't speak to

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Casino Planet management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information and taking into account the player's confirmation of using a payment method which is registered under a different name, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of a disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
The player had sent in his documents and from our end all deposits made with this payment methods have been refunded.

As stated on site in our general terms and conditions, 3rd party payment methods used on the account is a breach and payment methods should belong to the account holder:
8.5. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your Account, you shall only use such debit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.
Documents for the player and the 3rd party person are required in order to confirm there was no fraudulent activity done on the account, such as the card being used without consent or if the card was stolen. Once we receive the consent and this is approved we are able to refund the deposits done on the account with that payment method.
