I tried to withdraw funds on 12/07, I then submitted verification documents on 12/07. I still haven’t received any funds and it’s been a week. I have tried live chat multiple times but just get false promises of them getting back to me. The 72 hours has passed for verifying my documents so why haven’t I had my money!
