Delayed £8,000 payment, now claiming self-excluded
Hi.
Been playing with casinoplanet since the 29/11/2021.
Have made alot of deposits which are bound to have no issue and tbf to the casino I have made two withdrawals prior to this complaint to which have gone through without a hassle.
I have been playing past couple of days and managed to win £8000 which is life changing for me as roof has just leaked and caused alot of damage.
I have been on live chat a few times and they said it will take 72 hours for them to process as funds are of higher amount which I get.
I'm fully verified which I have done with ID and relevant documents.
I have tried to access my account today to see what's happening with my withdrawal and I got a message saying my account is blocked due to self exlcusion. Now I have not self excluded from this site at all. All seems very strange to me.
I just want my winnings which is rightfully mine and not having to jump through loads of hope to get it.
