Casino Planet unable to log into account and pending withdrawals nearing 2 weeks
All documents have been sent nearly 2 weeks have passed and they are still being verified. I’ve asked for an update and I’ve just been ignored. I’ve also got around £2400 pending withdrawals.
They have also blocked access to my account. A message appeared saying I’ve self excluded myself which isn’t the case. I did get an email back a few days ago saying the issue was resolved and they claimed it was a technical problem but it wasn’t resolved. They also got me to reply to an email making a statement that I didn’t self exclude myself. This statement was already written on my behalf I had to copy and paste it and send it back.

We have looked into your account and can confirm that once your account was verified, your withdrawals were released on the 24/06/2021.
