My withdrawal is stuck on pending. Even if there was something wrong with my account, I wouldn't know about it as I have not been able to speak to anyone at casino planet. Their phone doesn't go through to anyone nor does the "live" chat. My first contact with them was via contact form a week ago which they haven't responded to. My account has no verification prompt and I played the bonus fair and square, withdrawals are supposed to be 72hours on here but over 10 days have went by and not even got a confirmation email or any kind of acknowledgement. I have literally went hungry because of this, I expected 3 days maximum on a small withdrawal like that. I deposit on their sister sites regularly and now I have a small win there's instantly an issue. Any correspondence so that I can get this issue resolved would be incredible.
