Dear askgamblers
My name is Jenny and obvious I am a new member whom just joining. I wanting to make complaints of not receiving my cashout on time! I received an email saying the cashout was completed from processing on 26th of Sep, 2019. Now is 12 th of October and I still not be able to receive even a cents in my bank account down in Australia by using the bank wiring transfer method. And I'm using one of the 4 giants bank which is Westpac bank in Australia. I'm quite sure all of my account No. And BSB are correct. Why it takes an awful time to withdraw my fund? Also since the time of joining. I have lost over 20,000 AUD to exchange to become a Platinum Player? Currently I feeling totally devastating. And I want my $3888.84 AUD back....

This is Jenny here and just wanting to say that I have finally received the cashout today. However it's definitely taking a long time for the cashout to arrive down in my bank account. I'm really concerned about the length of time to transfer the money. Not sure whether it's casinos fault or my bank's fault. However I do want to thank the team from Casino Midas to follow up everything for me. Especially Alex for his thorough services. I would consider in this case my issue has been resolved, however I'm still concerned about taking a long time to transfer my cashout. Thank you.

I really wanting to express my appreciation for the team in Casino Midas as they are doing their best to sort out everything. However, I still cannot receive any money so far. I must clarify also at this stage I am not sure whether it's casino Midas not paying or my bank's fault, so as long as I haven't received my money, I would say my case will be unresolved. I understand Casino Midas has done everything they can, but the money wont show up doesnt lie to me either.

Customer confirmed that we have never had any issues between player and Midas Casino and that we are convinced that we will find the solution in the short term for her.
Casino Midas is doing her utmost to resolve this unfortunate issue and will compensate the player accordingly.
In the meantime we continue to get her the money that she deserves.
