Mid July, I have won 2344,66€ at Casino Fiz.
After requesting a withdrawal, I received an email request for documents which I answered promptly.
I send it, as per the request, to [email protected].
From then I received an email request for my documents every week, and was told by support to send my documents again to changing email addresses (support@casinofiz.com, and support@fizsupport.com).
End of August these request stopped (in the meantime I was sending over and over my documents, and tried to get help via live chat support, which was useless. I asked for a phone number but was told I should just wait.
I tried some more times sending emails (no response) and live chat support, and, finally in Mid-September I was told the security department was working with my documents and it should be resolved soon.
Now I really feel hopelessly lost as I have tried everything possible and hope Askgamblers can help me.
Update:
Chris, the casino rep is very nice and trying to get it solved.
There seems to be some problem with sending a bank wire now, as I'd have to cancel the withdrawal request and request the bank wire myself.
Now the withdrawal is months old and doesn't have pending status any more, so I'm not able to. So still not resolved yet.
Update: I've been asked to send the faxback form again, which I did now.
Chris asked me for my bank details now to send a wire transfer, as there are problems with paying by moneybookers. I will post later when I receive the money in my bank.
