Mid July, I have won 2344,66€ at Casino Fiz.
After requesting a withdrawal, I received an email request for documents which I answered promptly.
I send it, as per the request, to email@example.com.
From then I received an email request for my documents every week, and was told by support to send my documents again to changing email addresses (firstname.lastname@example.org, and email@example.com).
End of August these request stopped (in the meantime I was sending over and over my documents, and tried to get help via live chat support, which was useless. I asked for a phone number but was told I should just wait.
I tried some more times sending emails (no response) and live chat support, and, finally in Mid-September I was told the security department was working with my documents and it should be resolved soon.
Now I really feel hopelessly lost as I have tried everything possible and hope Askgamblers can help me.
