Hi,

My account was completely verified the 22/07/2019
I ordered a 1.500 € withdrawal through "rapid" bank transfer the same day 22/07/2019, it was marked as "pending"
The 26/07/2019 (or earlier) it was marked as "aproved"

It is stated in AskGamblers that bank trasnfers might take between 3-7 days.

Still I don't see the money in my account. Nowadays a bank transfer (even an international one), takes maximum 1 labor day, so I am starting to be concerned about my money.

As this is an AskGamblers certified casino, I expected a quicker withdrawal method.

Please update me with the details of my transfer.

Hi Sam,

I have checked my bank account and funds are there and without implicit commissions, the whole 1.500 €
Despite I don't find fair that customer rapid transfer to casino through klarna is processed in 1-2 days and casino's rapid transfer to customer is processed in 5-7 days (8 days in my case due to weekend), I'm glad it has been solved.

AskGamblers you can close this dispute positively.
