On May 5, I sent all the requested documents for verification to this casino. More than 10 days have already passed, but my account has not yet been confirmed. And I cannot make a request for the withdrawal of money. I don’t understand why the documents have been checked for so long. In other casinos, everything happens in 24 hours.

We have looked into your account and the documents uploaded here are verified already, however there is 3 out of the 4 documents that we require. The last remaining document is the document outlining your bank details information, we will use this for withdrawal purposes and for verification, security.

In the meantime kindly note that the maximum withdrawal for winnings from Free Spins are 100Eu. You can make use of the remainder funds, but please do ensure that you do not request a withdrawal for more than a 100Eu or the funds will be deducted as outlined in Bonus Terms and Conditions.
