I played recently on casino extra, I have had an account for multiple years. I deposit 150€ to play. I directly canceled the free bonus (15€) and won 100€. I instantly cashed out 100 € to keep playing the rest.
Today, I played some and won 600€. This afternoon I log in and see my balance went to 0.
I ask the support and they told me I didn't respect the rules.
I didn't play any bonus and the support told me it was a wager deposit x30. I never used it and the support went off when I try to ask for more information.
I have attached the support chat.
That is the first time I see this.
That is not legal and loyal...

1 - where this bonus came from?
(I didn't asked for any bonus and its not indicated in your conditions and terms notes)

2 - why the bonus amount is not inclued in your excel document ?
(You just have to make the calculation, as your document show, i never received the 15€ amount in my global balance)
3 - Why your support didn't just send me a message to tell me i cant withdraw if i had a "bonus active" or maybe just canceled the 100€ withdraw?
(I just wanted to withdraw some benefit. I canceled the imaginary bonus active instantly when i noticed it)
If you just canceled the withdraw, i played more than the requiered wager.
4 - i am not trying to steal you, why are you so unfair and keeping your position like this, even when you are in trouble?
5 - Previously, you wrote "It appears that the player has accepted a bonus on top of his deposit. [...]" Its your website, you already know there is no bonus on the deposit screen...
In the previous screenshot send by your support its wrote "automatic bonus". Can you please explain that?

Where is the compromise? What is the "second terms" i broke? To play multiples bets over 5Euro?

You are not fair and just dodging the main problem.

I would like to explain and clarify how our Deposit Bonus system works.
Once the bonus funds are credited they also appear on your general gaming balance. I understand if player was not fully aware about the funds in the account, from our side we show our players the balance on the games and on all pages on-site for reference.
Since the Bonuses on our platform are sticky bonuses, the deposit and bonus must be wagered as per the relevant multiplier.
In this case the total amount of wagering for the Deposit and Bonus funds, was not met. Moreover when we checked the transactions on player account, we saw that there were multiple bets over 5Euro. Usually if 1 term is broken, we find a compromise and allow the player to try and continue the wagering left.
In this situation we can see that the player has broken 2 terms in relation to the Bonus wagering.
We stand by the business decision that we have taken, nonetheless let us know if something is not clear.
