Delaying Payments Again
Hi, Tawni - I hope you're well! I'm sorry to have to submit another complaint but I'm not getting anywhere with customer service again at Slots of Vegas. On April 23rd I put in two withdrawals (one for $2,500 and one for $1,500). I waited patiently and on May 18 my $2,500 withdraw was changed to $1,100 by the casino and the method of payment was changed to check. I've reached out to customer service and they said it takes 7-10 business days to be approved which didn't happen because both of my withdrawals were not approved on May 7 (10 business days after I submitted). It's now May 25 and customer service told me today it will take 30 days for payment (I'm not sure if they really knew what they were speaking about).
Would it be possible to help me, again, get this figured out. I do enjoy playing at your casino but getting paid is extremely difficult and it shouldn't be this way.
