- Withdrawal troubles

Total joke made my first deposit with this bunch today. Deposited £20 got £40 bonus. Won over £900 played the wager bonus over 100 times.

Wouldn't let me withdraw £650 tried £500 tried £20 would let me withdraw nothing.

Sorry but you will find you have not answered any of my questions. A standard reply was sent. Follow up questions are yet to be addressed.

However the last communication we have received from you was sent to us on 03.12.13 @18:43 GMT.

A response from the customer support team was sent on the same day 03.12.13 @21:01 GMT.

In this response the terms and conditions of the bonus you accepted were reiterated and the cause as to why you were unable to request a withdrawal from your account made clear.

Lol !!!!! I've sent 4 emails since then with zero response ! Due to data protection? Can your furnish me a reply please ?

We have tried to contact you several times on your registered phone today however you were unavailable at the time to take our calls.

Instead we have sent you a further email communication detailing the reasons why you were unable to make a withdrawal.

Not yet. Was given an explanation however totally dissatisfied and today a message has been sent to the higher archive of the company.

They told me all the terms and conditions were on a link they sent I play on a mobile and all this link done was send me to the main page.

I only want to be treated fairly and have asked for a refund or some sort of alternative. In between emails they did not respond until my latest complaint.

Hopefully common sense will prevail but I have my doubts
