I won £1417 on the 5th of May 2019. The casino say they have paid me, I have received no funds. We have sent each other around 30 emails now. they just keep saying they are checking the transaction but refuse to show me proof they have sent the funds. I have sent them my bank statement showing that I have received no funds. it has been 4 months now. I don't know what else to do. your help would be hugely appreciated.

Please make sure to update your issue in a timely manner and let the AskGamblers Complaints Team know if you got the payment. Be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as resolved and your complaint will be closed accordingly.
