Cash Balance removed after Playing Slot Tournaments with a Bonus

I have been playing at Slots of Vegas Casino for a few years now & enjoy their easy to use software, extensive
deposit/withdrawal options and Great Bonuses & Slot Tournaments.

Up until the other day when my withdrawable balance in my account was wiped after winning at Keno and numerous amount of tournaments after many years of trying as a Regular non - vip player.

I used a Bonus like i usually do & made sure i understood the terms & conditions attached to the Bonus from my
deposit and was fully aware of all Casino Rules for Bonuses/Cashouts etc previous to playing to avoid possible disappointment later.

On this occasion i used a bonus CASHIN of 250% Deposit NO MAX Bonus + 30 FREE SPINS in Cash Bandits 2, and
knowing deposit bonuses come with a 5x playthrough requirement, no limits on how much you can cash-out, will
redeem with any deposit you make of $30 or more, and are good for play on Slots, Keno,Bingo and Scratch Card
games only. Bonus amounts are considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal
request.

Fair Enough, so i played keno until i had completed the 5x playthrough requirement like i usually do so the
balance was now withdrawable ( cash balance ) minus ofcourse the non-cashable Bonus amount if i was then wanting
to withdrawal.

But as i usually do, once i have a cash withdrawable balance the Slot Tournaments become available for me to
play (Slot Tournaments are not available until i have met the requirements & have a cash balance no matter what Bonus code i use) and on this occasion i had $364 from Keno winnings prior to entering the Slot Tournaments.
I proceeded to win a bunch of Tournaments and had a Substantial Balance of over $20,000 when i decided to make a
withdrawal and then keep on playing as there is a $2,500.00 weekly withdrawal limit for regular players.

I Continued to play various Slot Tournaments,Keno etc and checked the cashier regularly to see when the 1st
withdrawal was approved, so i could make another.

On the Date stated above the 1st Withdrawal was approved and the withdrawal option was available again, so i
made a 2nd withdrawal request on the 29th :

But on the 10/02/2017 i received a pop stating withdrawal declined :

To my Horror, after i had built my balance up in a couple of weeks to over $55,000 and too many hours of play.
I Played the $30 promo credit in minutes in frustration not wanting to win a cent at what i believe is an incorrect decision by someone representing the casino to remove all of my winnings.

I Contacted the help desk a number of times, they were all very polite ( as always ) and apologetic but could
not help me any further and stated the bonus was not for use in Slot Tournaments and only for Direct Cash
Deposits, but i wasn't going to argue with them as nowhere in the Casino Rules or Terms & Conditions is this
stated, as i checked many times prior to this occasion & have been paid withdrawals before from Bonuses after
playing Keno then Slot Tournaments and back to keno & slots previously.

The only mention of No bonus money relates to Network Progressives which i totally understood, not Slot
Tournaments, that's why i built up a bank in keno to play slots :

Network Progressives

No bonus money may be used to play any of the network progressives offered by us. This rule applies from the
moment a bonus is redeemed until your balance is zero despite having completed any playthrough requirements. Any
winnings generated from bonus money will be declared void.

So my Issues are :

I Followed all the rules of every bonus i have ever received & fully followed until the winning is cashed out or
on this occasion tried to cash out.

Why was my 1st Withdrawal attempt approved (never received by me) , if i didn't follow all the rules ?

No where in the Casino's Rules or the Casinos T & C's does it state that Slot Tournaments are only meant to be
used with only straight cash or Direct Deposits with no Bonuses or that winnings after using a bonus need to be cashed out then redeposited to play Slot Tournaments, they are Slot games. I made sure i read all the
rules always again before playing with a Bonus or else i wouldn't have used one at all as i enjoy competing at slots, just like the other Casino's i play with, where once the playthrough is met and you have a withdraw balance tournaments are available because i now have a cash balance minus the non-cashable bonus.

Please Help me resolve this issue AskGamblers. Thank You

In the meantime i have done a straight cash deposit to see what happens and now the Tournaments are Unavailable all of the sudden, been trying to play the last 3 days and when i contact help support they are telling me they are having technical issues with Slot Tournaments. True or False strange how all of a sudden Tournaments are not available to me anyway, after no issues the previous 2 weeks or so.

This is by far my favorite Casino on the net and would love to keep on playing & recommending to friends etc to
play at Slots of Vegas, if it weren't for this issue. I'm hoping we can come to a Satisfactory Agreement for
both parties and move on with AskGamblers help.

Hello Tawni , Thank you for looking into my complaint, i did contact support numerous times with the same response. Ofcourse i will continue to play at Slots of Vegas as its a great casino and will not use any type of bonuses if tournaments ever return.

Yes, as you mentioned, the withdrawal amount of $2425 was paid to your Neteller account, yesterday.

I'm very sorry for your disappointment, however, is nothing to negotiate here. You used a Slots and Keno bonus and the terms for this sort of bonus is clear:

Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request."

It is incumbent upon all players to read and understand the terms and conditions, be it at our casinos or any other online casino. If there was anything you did not understand, you certainly could have contacted our support before going forward.

Slots of Vegas keeps rejecting the same PDF bank statement and delaying my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal on March 17, 2026. Since then, Slots of Vegas has repeatedly delayed my withdrawal by making changing and repetitive document demands, even though I have already provided the exact documents they requested multiple times.

I submitted:

• the most recent full bank statement in PDF format for account ending in <removed>

• a recent water bill as proof of address,

• my passport as proof of legal residence,

• and my current driver’s license.

The statement I submitted is the original PDF downloaded directly from the bank's website. It is not a screenshot. It is the most recent statement, it is for account ending in <removed>, it shows transaction activity, and it shows a positive ending balance.

Despite this, their support team keeps sending repetitive emails saying the bank statement is not acceptable and asking me to resend the same PDF again and again. Different representatives have told me different things, including requests for a passport, driver’s license, utility bill, proof of legal residence, and repeated requests for the same PDF. I have complied over and over, but they still have not processed my withdrawal or identified any specific defect in the document.

They have also repeatedly told me the matter is being “escalated,” but nothing has been resolved. I have asked them multiple times to identify the exact defect in the statement if they are rejecting it, and they have failed to do so.

At this point, I believe they are improperly delaying my withdrawal by repeatedly demanding the same documents without a valid explanation.

I am requesting that Slots of Vegas:

1. confirm receipt and acceptance of the documents I already submitted,

2. stop sending generic requests for the same PDF statement,

3. identify any actual specific deficiency if one truly exists, and

4. process my withdrawal immediately.

I have preserved the emails and records of my repeated submissions.
