I played at this site on the weekend. Played through my bonus, made a second deposit, took no bonus, won $1700.00. Got my balance up to 1900.00, kept playing and cashed out at $1000.00. Received an email that my withdrawal was being processed. Then nothing for days. Checked my account, found withdrawal cancelled and $500.00 in my account. What the hell happened? Talked to Online chat - they couldn't help, emailed through Luckystar software, replied to my email about my withdrawal being processed and wrote a separate email to finance at Luckystar - NOTHING. i can't even get a reply or find out where my other $500 went!! -> This is not true. Reload Bonus was taken. (screenshot 1)

-> This is not true as well. Finance informed the player via email, as they always do. (screenshot 1)

All in all, players maximum cashable amount was refunded to player account and player was informed that balance is now real money balance without any restrictions & that player can play or withdraw it, whatever she wants...

Please consider this resolved, with no understanding on how a $50 deposit with no bonus selected is considered a "reload bonus". Thank you AG
