Can't make deposits or withdrawals and no one is interested helping me

I have been restictricted from making deposits and withdrawals since May 2016,I have tried to have this issue resolved many times through phone calls and emails with no results, I am always told the same story that they need to have a special team to work on my account, they have made a few manual deposits for me and also have made me a VIP throughout this time. I would appreciate having my account fixed without anymore excuses and calling me back when they say they will or at least answer my emails

I spoke to 2 different people today at Grand Fortune and my account is still not fixed. I am tired of getting told one thing after the other and getting the runaround. I feel my account should have been fixed by now after going on 10months now. So as of now I am done with trying to communicate with people that don't really want to help their players. You can close my complaint as unresolved. I do appreciate what you do for people but Grand Fortune is obviously impossible to work with and doesn't want to help or fix my account.

I was asked by the deposit center at Grand Fortune to send them a recent utility bill which I did so that they could verify my account and that they would be back in contact with me soon.
