Can't get my $100.00 for months


I have been trying for many months to get my withdraw from cool cats. It's been a circus & many fights with them. In august 2017 my withdraw was finally approved & I was asked how I wanted my money bit coin or cheque? I said check so I have waited & asked over & over where my check is & they wanted to keep saying it has been processed & give it a few more days that usually in 10 days I would receive it. I still never got it & would send messages same thing over & over. So last time I logged on to ask about it strange my money was back in my account. They started off by saying that it was processed & to give it 10days. Then I asked why it was back in my account they put me on hold for the longest time & gave me another excuse saying I never told them how I wanted my money bitcoin or cheque? I have & sent another email 10/14/2017 now they tell me to send another email to them again. This crap is getting very tiring.

Thanks Tawni, I finally got that lil ol $100.00 today...Thanks ASKGAMBLERS for your help I don't think it would of happened without you! Now to delete my coolcat account. Good luck everyone~

Tawni, If I had a dollar for every time I have been told it's been sent off to process or that it's been processed my car would have a full tank of gas. I will see what happens this week & hope for the best this time.

I'm very sorry I hadn't come back to you sooner. Unfortunately, I am the only person here to handle these complaints across all of our brands. While I do my very best to respond quickly, it's simply not always possible. Further, if I tell you or any other player issuing a complaint that they're going to be paid, I follow through. If you page through all of the issues involving our brands, you'll find I have an exceptional success rate, whether it be for tens of thousands of dollars or just a 'little old $100.'

In any event, your payment has indeed been sent off to be processed. I would expect to see tracking on this sometime towards the mid part of this coming week. Once I have your tracking, I'll be back to update this thread.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
