Hi I won 1050.00 on Feb 5th 2014 and was approved on Feb 7th. I waited the 5 days but no winnings in my bank.. On the 12th they said there was a small delay and I would have my money on 14th. On the 14th still no money, when I talked to buzzluck they then said I would have my money on the 17th. Today the 17th still no money, now they are saying sometime next week. I did send them 2 e-mail but they never replied and when I call them i just get a busy signal. So I can only talk with them on chat and each person just keeps telling me another day and then another day!!

Hi Midge05,

First of all I apologize for the delay you have encountered with this withdrawal.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the batch which we didn't find out about, until a few days ago. As far as we know there has been a delay with the processing banks, and as soon as we receive an update I will let you know here. I don't want to be drawn in on an ETA however the update should be within the next day or so.

We pride ourselves on fast withdrawals, however, sometimes we do encounter delays with banks and third party processors. For this we can only apologize and work our hardest to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Our phone lines have been quite busy over the past few days however we do have an automated queue service for when our operators are busy with other calls. You should never get a busy signal, I will look in to that.
