Loss limit and cool off violation
Dear Askgamblers,
22th of March I wanted a loss limit to my account so I talked to the chat again and they said it was new rules so I need to email them at [email protected] to have a loss limited. I sent immediatley a mail and received answer that it was done. (see attached proof).
28th of March i asked in live chat again that I wanted the limit removed. The person at the chat did take my limit away direct and I could start play 1 minute after the chat was closed. When you want your limit removed it is 48 hours of pending. I lost around 2000 euro because of this. Money that I cant afford to loose.
Buumi T&C says "Relaxing or removing the limit requires a 48-hour waiting period. This 'cooling off' period gives the player a chance to consider whether they really want to make the change in question."
I have sent many emails to Buumi casino regarding this to get my money refunded. When they found out about this, they closed my account. I cant access it anymore. I Attach proof of emails to Buumi and proof that my account is closed.
Their chat says "I'm sure another department has their reasons for the delay, however I have no additional information regarding it" "They will contact you"....still no refund or email from them.
