Buumi stole my money

Hello Askgamblers, this is a case that I need help in.

I deposited 500 nok through BTC and received a bonus of 500nok.

I read all the T&C and there was max bet of 50NOK per game round. I have not done more than 25 nok per game round. All this can also be found in my gaming history. I also checked what slots were banned from playing with bonus.

I managed to wager my bonus and won 10.000NOK after the bonus was wagered.

I went to chat to talk to them but they don't even want to look at my case and are not friendly at all. All they say is that bonus department has checked my game round and did find a max bet broken and their decision is final and will not be reopened.

I have looked through my history 2 times now and I can't find a single bet over 25 nok. So this is not true at all that I have broken the rules.

I have asked for gaming history in pdf so you can see this, you will also find that this is true what I am writing here.

There is only chat transcript here and one mail that they say I have broken maxbet rule.

I have generated a pdf from my account and you can see for yourself that I have not broken the rules.

I'm still waiting for mail from them regarding information on why there are maxbet terms broken because there ain't.

Hope that they will look at this case again

Ok, Buumi have placed my balance back at my account. I will withdraw the money now and ass soon the money is in my btc account i will reply here again.

Declined refund

I asked all Njord Ventures casinos to close my account. I sent the email with multiple receivers. I also sent a reminder because the first email was ignored. Two casinos answered to the first and second email, so the emails went through. Since the casinos did not take action I was able to play and lost money. I asked them to refund my net losses, but Buumi casino declined it.

I have issues withdrawing money from buumi.com

Every time I have tried there is the same message popping up: "Something went wrong with payment redirection, please contact customer support"

I have been in contact with the casino numerous of times through live chat, where I have been told now that they have sent this case over to the right department and that I would get an email back in 1-2 days. I have still not got any email from them and it's been more than 2 days.

I have sent them an email to [email protected] yesterday where I have once again asked the same as above, not got any reply however.

I have also looked through the terms and conditions on the website and I do upfill all the terms for withdrawing the money and I can't see what the issue should be. Could you guys please help me out with this?

Loss limit and cool off violation

Dear Askgamblers,

22th of March I wanted a loss limit to my account so I talked to the chat again and they said it was new rules so I need to email them at [email protected] to have a loss limited. I sent immediatley a mail and received answer that it was done. (see attached proof).

28th of March i asked in live chat again that I wanted the limit removed. The person at the chat did take my limit away direct and I could start play 1 minute after the chat was closed. When you want your limit removed it is 48 hours of pending. I lost around 2000 euro because of this. Money that I cant afford to loose.

Buumi T&C says "Relaxing or removing the limit requires a 48-hour waiting period. This 'cooling off' period gives the player a chance to consider whether they really want to make the change in question."

I have sent many emails to Buumi casino regarding this to get my money refunded. When they found out about this, they closed my account. I cant access it anymore. I Attach proof of emails to Buumi and proof that my account is closed.

Their chat says "I'm sure another department has their reasons for the delay, however I have no additional information regarding it" "They will contact you"....still no refund or email from them.

Casino not returning deposits

I have asked the casino to shut down and prevent me from playing on their site in march. I still have been allowed to play at their casino. The chat is telling me the deposits cant be refunded but i disagree. I want my deposits back as soon as possible. The casino is not co-operative at all and its getting on my nerves

Delayed payment of my 100000 NOK

So. It took 3 weeks to process the withdrawal after some (technical issues) after those 3 weeks I've got a confirmation email stating that my withdrawalls have been paid out on the 1.07.

9 days later, still haven't received anything on my Coinspaid account and after asking Coinspaid support if they can see any pending payments from Buumi casino to my Coinspaid account they said there are no movements.

Even more scary is that my whole transaction and game history on my Buumi account has been deleted.

The live chat has only one answer. Everytime I get in touch with them: "the relevant team is working on it"

It is a nightmare.

The amount is 100000 NOK (10000 euro)
